Sword Fittings Finally SCA rattan sword fittings that are affordable, that really work and enhance the authentic look of field combat! These cast aluminum fittings are SCA-legal and are styled after an English hand-and-a-half sword. The pommel has a recessed socket so that the end of the rattan fits like a tang into it. There is a hole in the end of the pommel to install a lag bolt (included). The rattan also slides through the quillions and attaches with either a hose clamp or with heavy filament tape. Combat-tested for durability - these really work and stay on the rattan! Mounting hardware included. Note that these are sand-cast items and you should expect some minor pitting in the finish.
